Hello. I am searching for an honest acreage landlord. Ive rented 2 acreages now and have not been successful at finding an honest landlord with a healthy house on an acreage. I pay rent on time , i am extremly organized, tidy, i dont do drugs. I do not have parties, i am looking for an honest landlord for a farmhouse, or acreage for rent. Im 50 years old going on my 3 rd acreage rental due to dishonest landlords who did not want to do necessary repairs and have decided to tear house down or sell. So here i go again. Im looking for long term rental im a great tenant nevrr had one complaint im not just searching out a good rental property but an honest landlord as well.
