Solar panels on roof, w/ inverter and 4x 6V battery bank, so camping off the grid is easy. Lots of newly replaced stuff including new awning fabric last year, hot water tank replaced 2 years ago, new axles, springs, bushings etc. (all running gear replaced.) New tires 2 weeks ago. A/C blows cold, furnace works good, all the lights work. 3 slides w/ rear living room. Air bag hitch for nicer ride. Central vacuum, slide out tray in basement for easy item access. Roof is in great condition, no water damage anywhere. Decent older trailer that just needs a little TLC. Needs seals on a couple slide outs.
