I purchased this knife in 1976 as a 5-pin two-dot square frame locking blade knife. I carried the knife daily for 40 plus years and needless to say the knife showed wear and the blade was worn down to 2-1/2" long. When I retired, so did the knife so I sent it back to the Buck factory and had it reconditioned and a new blade fitted. It has not been used since. It comes with the original black leather case which is still in good condition however shows years of "experience".

Here’s something you don’t see that often, which was a modified Ross  Bayonet that were typically modified down to a hunting knife and used as battle knives.
