This guy has been sitting in my garage for a little while. it's a 2007 model with my best guess is less that 10 hours on it. It was properly stored some 10 years ago and hasn't been used since hence the beautiful coating of dust which I will include for free upon request. I recently since deciding to part with it have had it running and no surprise everything works. Despite the age and a few knicks in the paint below the water level this thing is reasonably pristine and ready for a new boat it is a long shaft and weighs about 41 lbs

Meet Betty White--purchased on her namesake's 99th birthday. Both the cabin and chassis are in excellent shape. Recent oil change and newer tires with excellent tread. Sleeps 6. 24 foot length. The dormer over the cab was completely rebuilt in 2024 by RV Solutions in Nisku (see pictures). They also re-sealed the roof at this time (total of $5500 in work). Newer fridge installed by them as well in 2023. I also replaced the propane fill valve so you'll never be rejected at a filling station. Quick release in-line valve off the main tank for external BBQ. Very large awning in great shape. Large solar panel wired into the system -- never worry about power when off-grid. New vinyl plank flooring and bright white paint with blue-grey accents throughout the interior. Ikea pull-down, black-out shades on every window. Every appliance works; fridge, freezer, heat, AC, stove, and oven. LED lights throughout. Giant king-size bed over the cab with extra height on these Vanguards. Queen bed in the back. Dinette folds down to a double bed. Hitch on the back with 7-pin wiring harness if you want to tow or have a bike rack. The Econoline E350 drives smooth and starts up no problem after sitting over the winters. Recent oil change done. Current mileage is 185,433 kms. This computer table was custom made several years ago. As you can see from the picture, there is room for a desk top computer box, pull out shelf for a mouse and lots of room for your monitor and printer. It is painted in an off white color, so is quite attractive as a piece of furniture. It is fairly heavy to move.

Runs and welds great, it's in mint condition and has been well maintained, and it doesn't burn or leak oil. Not too sure what the hours are but I know there fairly low. comes with trailer and leads. This is a older model of the Ryan sod cutter. I strip down the whole entire machine and give it a new paint job. I replaced some of the bearings. Along with new gear oil. It also has a GX160 5.5 hp Honda engine on it. Like new! The cutting blade is 11” I do believe and in really good shape. I also have some new handle grips coming for this machine and they are not in yet. I’ll update the photos when they do show up. I am asking $1500 this unit or best offers. I met Allan in 1998. I saw this as an unfinished piece and we made a deal and I paid him monthly until the painting was paid for and then he finished it and sent it to me. It is called Costal Conflict and is a very large piece being 50 inches wide and 39 inches tall. If you look Allan up online you will see his works and awards which are many and he has art published in a book as well. His art has been used for postage stamps, wildlife stamps, fishing stamps, and then the Canadian Mint used his art for gold and silver coins. This will only ever increase in value. I have had it for 25 years and now it time for someone else to enjoy.
