2020 factory ordered Cadillac XT-4 sport AWD, a fully loaded Alberta car, owned and cared for by a car enthusiast.  5 Month left on the extended zero deductible warranty.  3M protective wrap is applied on front, hood, roof front, mirrors and rear loading areas.  This car has also recently been ceramic coated, shines like on day one. Aftermarket double exhaust tips have been fitted as appearance enhancement.  The following packages offered by Cadillac are included: “Midnight Sport” package, “Sun and Sound” package, “Comfort and Convenience” package, “Enhanced Visibility” package, “Technology” package, “Autumn Metallic” paint, “Driver Awareness” package, “Block Heater” with custom mounted plug in on front bumper. This car has never been in an accident and has no scratches or major dents. OEM Cadillac 20” wheels are fitted with new “Nokian Hakkapeliitta” winter tires.   Services have always been performed by Cadillac dealers and documentation on everything is available. The engine is a twin turbo charged 4 cylinder 2 litre with a nine speed transmission.  Actual average fuel consumption so far, that includes both city and highway is at 9.1 litres per 100 km’s ( 25.8 miles/gallon) Drive modes are: 2 wheel drive, all wheel drive, all wheel drive sport and all wheel drive off road.  2 wheel drive will give the best fuel performance, while the sport mode will alter the transmission shift points and stiffen the suspension, given it a much sportier feel and quicker acceleration. The technology incorporates everything from automatic parking, to lane assist, automatic emergency breaking, front pedestrian auto breaking, lane change alert with side blind zone alert, rear cross traffic alert, stability control system, traction control, content theft alarm, keeping distance at highway speed while on cruise control, Auto high beam, front cornering lamps, rain sensing auto wipers, surround cameras and proximity alerts, a separate camera located under the rear spoiler that provides the option for the interior mirror to be powered by the camera with various settings. That camera also incorporates a lens wash.  Hands free lift gate, power folding mirrors. The interior is very luxurious as well with stitched leather throughout.  The  seats are extremely comfortable for both driver and passenger with many adjustable settings and a massage feature.  Seat heaters as well as cool air seat blowers and a heated steering wheel are there for your comfort.  Back seat passengers are also treated to luxury, including seat heaters.  Entertainment through the Bose 13 speaker system is fantastic.  Apple car play and Android auto are integrated and internet is available with subscription.  The sport steering wheel offers to control many of the tech functions, including readouts such as tire pressure, oil pressure, engine and transmission temperatures, oil life, air filter life and many more. The carpet looks like new and OEM custom fitted protective all weather rubber matts for front and back as well as the cargo area come with the vehicle.  The cargo mat always remains in the car while the rest is installed during the winter month.  Creature comforts extend to air quality with a cabin air filter and air Ionizer.  Active noise cancellation, navigation system, a large moonroof,  and many more options are part of this car. Winchester Model 94 lever action rifle. This one is a limited edition centennial model, marked "1894-1994" on the right side of the receiver, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Model 94 rifle. Caliber is .30-30. This is the Ranger model, with angle eject and crossbolt safety. Like other Model 94s, it has a 20 inch barrel, open sights, smooth hardwood stock and a 6 shot tube magazine. This rifle is in mint condition. The metal is beautiful, no rust or pitting anywhere, bore is bright and shiny. The condition of the wood is also excellent with no dings or scratches. This one was likely a safe queen.
