Site Manager – Chateau Lac Ste. Anne, Onoway
Description: Directly reporting to the Operations Manager, the Site Manager is accountable for: Facility Management, Resident Relations, Resident Health and Wellness, Hospitality Services, Human Resource Management, Quality Assurance, Health and Safety, Financial Accountability and Reporting. This position entails a high level of interaction with personnel and residents. The Site Manager is ultimately accountable to oversee the daily operations of the 50 unit site.
Formal Education and Certification
• Diploma in Business Management or related field.
• Must have proficient knowledge in Human Resource Management, Recruitment and Retention, Job Descriptions, Performance Review Methods and Techniques, Training and Career Development, and Mentoring and Coaching.
• Demonstrated knowledge of, and ability to interpret, all relevant Acts (i.e. employment legislation, Occupational Health and safety Act, Human Rights etc.) and all applicable regulations.
• Interviewing Skills.
• Customer Service Skills.
• Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills.
• Must submit a level 4 Criminal Record Check

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills including demonstrated ability to motivate staff and volunteers.
• Exceptional strategic planning and project management skills.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.

• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as required.
