Howdy Townpost. I've a neat old single shot 12 gauge made by Savage. It has a nice and light tenite stock that was sanded at one point to give it a matte finish. The shotgun is very tight and not off the face at all. The gun is very light and handy sitting 5.73lbs. It has a 12 gauge 2 3/4in, 28in full choke barrel. The patent number is molded into the plastic stock interestingly enough. The black paint on the trigger guard is flaking of a little. The shotgun is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. Or I can ship it nationwide on the buyer's dime. It's pretty short when broken down, and is light so it should be relatively inexpensive to ship. If you live in Alberta I do get around the province a fair bit throughout the year, so if I happen to be heading to your area maybe we can do a meet up along the way on my travels to save you the shipping costs. Winchester Model 1895 30-40 Krag Ref #1047 This Winchester is a lever action, sporting rifle, round barrel, shotgun style rear stock. Dated 1903. Stock is in good shape, forend has a few chips missing next to metal, the rear stock is excellent, finish is period correct. Original metal recoil pad fits well. Barrel is 28” long with period sights intact. Bore is nice and clean with minimal to no corrosion, excellent rifling top to bottom. Bluing appears original and app. 20% throughout. There are very few minor scratches on metal. Screws are mostly unused, one does appear to have seen a screwdriver but is in very good shape. The lever functions well, safety checks out and the trigger pull, and drop are good. Firing pin is evident. Ejector is intact and tight, and magazine follower is correct. Overall, I grade this firearm as very good and should be fully functional. I did not test with snap caps or fire. Only reasonable offers are considered. Low ball offers will not be responded to. Winchester Model 1894 38-55 Ref #1040 This Winchester is a lever action, sporting rifle, octagon barrel, full mag. Dated 1895 Stock is very good – good. Small tang crack 1” long, and a minor chip gone at tang. Forearm has an app. 2” crack and a few very minor cracks. The stock has typical bang marks. Finish appears original or period correct. Original metal recoil pad fits well. Barrel is 26” long with sights intact, rear sight may have been replaced at one time, again period correct. Bore has black powder corrosion but it’s clean now and has rifling top to bottom. Bluing appears original and app. 75-85% throughout. There are bumps and scratches on metal and evidence of minor surface rusting. Screws have been used, but in very good shape. The lever functions well, safety checks out and the trigger pull, and drop are good. Firing pin is evident and protrudes when pushed on. Ejector is intact and tight, and magazine follower functions correctly. Overall, I grade this firearm as very good and should be fully functional. I did not test with snap caps or fire. Dated 1897 Stock is excellent, appears original. A few marks. Original metal recoil pad fits well. Barrel is 26” long with sights intact. The read sights are intact and appear original. Bore is very nice, no obvious corrosion, does not appear to have ever seen black powder. Rifling throughout. Bluing is 40-50%. There are bumps and scratches on metal expected on a plus 125-year-old firearm. The drivers side receiver has a few light scratches and bangs. Screws have been used but are still usable. There is one on the loading port side that may have been a replacement. The lever functions well, safety checks out and the trigger pull, and drop are good. Firing pin is evident and protrudes when pushed on. Ejector is intact and tight, and magazine follower functions correctly.  Overall, I grade this firearm as good and should be fully functional. I don’t see many from this time frame with bores looking this good. I did not test with snap caps or fire. Only reasonable offers are considered. Low ball offers will not be responded to. Three purebreds karakachan adult livestock guardian available to farms. They are frequently with horses and chickens and do well with cats too. They have not been exposed to sheep or goats but I do believe they would do well. One four year old spayed female and two two year old intact males available. They will bite strangers that come on your property so they are ideally a pasture guardian or property guard dog.
