Howdy Townpost. I've a neat old single shot 12 gauge made by Savage. It has a nice and light tenite stock that was sanded at one point to give it a matte finish. The shotgun is very tight and not off the face at all. The gun is very light and handy sitting 5.73lbs. It has a 12 gauge 2 3/4in, 28in full choke barrel. The patent number is molded into the plastic stock interestingly enough. The black paint on the trigger guard is flaking of a little. The shotgun is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. Or I can ship it nationwide on the buyer's dime. It's pretty short when broken down, and is light so it should be relatively inexpensive to ship. If you live in Alberta I do get around the province a fair bit throughout the year, so if I happen to be heading to your area maybe we can do a meet up along the way on my travels to save you the shipping costs. We have a washer/dryer set from lg. A WM3850HVA washing machine and a DLEX3850V dryer. Both have worked flawlessly for the 18 months we have used them, but with the limited space in our condo, we are considering an all in one unit. We purchased these from visions on sale for a little over $2300 in July 2023, but were unable to install them for a few months, so they sat in the box in our living room for that time. They have probably only ran for 75 cycles or so as we do not need to do laundry that often. We would periodically run a washing machine cleaner through the washer every few months and gently wipe down the seals after each cycle. We always kept the doors and trays open, so there is zero chance of mold growth.
