2001 24ft Jayco travel trailer, 240A Quest model, sleeps 6 (with very tight overhead pull down for small person) or 5 big people normally, 3 way fridge and freezer, gas stove with oven and exhaust fan, AC or just fan( we rarely used AC just fan) u need 30-50 amp service for AC, we usually had 20amp service. 1 bunk bed in back with a single bed over storage drawers and clothes hanger rack (sleeps 3 back there)has accordian door to separate, toilet and shower that all work fine. lots of storage space under seats and tons of room for outdoor stuff in outside storage box at front of trailer. Stereo needs an upgrade to USP/MP3 inputs CD does not work, good sound other wise, antena. Has been resealed where required, lino in back room was cracked up so we took out replaced with rug. 2- 6 volt Batteries in series to make 12 volt, have been removed and charged for winter,good 4 tires with new spare, never went down. Wheel bearings where cleaned and repacked 3 years ago before we bought, 2 50lb propane bottles, outside shower, awning works good, Reason for selling; kids r getting older so we would like to sell or trade for smaller 16-20ft to take across Canada. Howdy there Townpost! I have another custom 12 Gauge delight for you to take a gander at! This is a custom-made one of a kind Ithaca M37 Featherlite put together by my gunsmith for me. As pictured, the overall length is 30 inches long and has a barrel length of 18.5 inches. It weighs 5 lbs, 7oz unloaded, so Featherlight is definitely even more apt than this when this thing was full length. Some fairly extensive work was done. Most notably the barrel and stock were cut down and reshaped the muzzle crown was nicely dressed with file work and reblued and it's nice, smooth and square to the barrel. The original red Ithaca fibreoptic front bead site was reinstalled at the new muzzle. The stock bolt with shortened and a nice decorative cast pewter medallion was added to the butt of the stock to cover up the bolt hole and add very nice piece of decorative flair. And sling swivels were added so this can carried around on sling. The action is very smooth the action release locks up properly, and the spring on it is in good condition. And it slam fires without a problem. What is slam fire you may ask? It means you can hold down the trigger and work the action and every time you close the action with the trigger held down the gun will fire. The gun will fire as fast as you can work the action. So needless to say it's pretty fun to shoot.  This would make an excellent hiking, camping or backpacking shotgun for predator defense in my opinion. Or if she just want a sawed-off shotgun that you can slam fire this is the gun for you. Ithaca started making short versions of the M37 for law enforcement called the Stakeout I believe those were mostly in 20 gauge and they came out sometime in the 70s or '80s. Inland Manufacturing to this day makes something similar to this called the Stakeout II for the US market with an MSRP of $750US. Short versions of the M37 have appeared in a lot of media, probably most notably is the shotgun in the movie Aliens where it's used for "close encounters". There's a well documented cut down Ithaca Featherweight by a Navy SEAL who put a duckbill spreader on it, put a magazine tube extension so that it held 8 and cut the stock off in much the fashion that this one is. The shotgun is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. Or I can ship it nationwide on the buyer's dime. It's very short when broken down, and light so it should be cheap to ship. PAL is a must!

Rehoming her because my family has a few dogs, and she would do good on an acreage or somewhere that people have owned livestock guardians, where which I think she deserves. She is not fixed. Caucasian shepherds were bred and used in Russia, also known as a Russian Bear Dog or Caucasian Ovcharka. They were used to guard prisons, where they would take down prisoners who tried to escape. Today they are used to defend properties, take out Coyotes, guard livestock, and as personal protection and alert dogs. I picked this up a while ago and have never used it. It was going to be my bug out gun but life changes and i need to downsize my collection. There is some pitting on the receiver. Bubbad metal work to fit the mag. Rifling looks good. Wartak skar sd-r scope rail. And AR magwell adapter. There is a bit of finish work that needs to be done. The ammo stovepipes unless you put a shim behind the mag then it cycles fine. Might be an easy fix if you have the right tools. Topped with a Burris fullfield 3-9x40 at the moment. $1500 for the rifle, magwell, rail and scope. 1500rd crate of Chinese corrosive. extra $500. This 12g is in good shape for being made around 1907. It’s made by Marlin for the National Fire Arms Co and is identical to an 1898 model Marlin for TakeDown steps. Some say it’s a Model 21 Marlin. We have left the investigation to the new owner as well as the safety to shoot this nearly 120 year old shotgun is your responsibility. There is an old wrist repair that was well done and still solid. Make a great display piece, and comes with 1 brass 12g case with primer. Has a great patina on receiver, 50% blue remains on barrel. Loves to sleep a lot, loves cuddles, house trained, trustworthy indoors can stay home alone inside for hours, good with cats and small dogs, must go to indoor/outdoor home (no to outdoor only), great recall but used to farm dog life so would take experience to convert to town/city life.
