Full ownership - no fees. Due to some unanticipated life changes, I’m selling our precious rec property at Bonnie Lake. AB (just East of Vilna). This is a turnkey property on just over 0.5 acres. No annual fees other than property taxes. No water or sewer but there is an outhouse. This community is comprised of many long term owners some have owned for generations making it warm and inviting. Roads are plowed year round, ditches are cut all summer by the county, great playground and 2 beaches.
