Timney trigger set at 3 lb.s for hunting. Boyd's walnut stock finished with Watco medium walnut Danish oil. Maximum Cartridge Overall Length the magazine can accommodate is 3.360" and Minimum O.A.L. is 3.340" for these loads. Maximum ogive for this rifle is 2.964" 26 rounds of 200 grain Nosler Partitions and 48 rounds 220 grain Winchester Super X Silvertip Expanding bullet to hunt with. Selling an excellent hunting rifle. I’ve recently stopped hunting, which is the only reason for the sale. Rifle is built in an MDT HNT26 chassis (short action, ARCA rail, folding stock). Action is a Borden Alpine Magnum (right bolt, right port) with a 20 MOA rail. Barrel is a Krieger 26” 1:7.5 twist chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. Equipped with an adjustable TriggerTech Diamond trigger and an Insite Arms muzzle brake. Barrel has a very low round count (approximately 200 rounds) and has been used exclusively for hunting. I picked this up a while ago and have never used it. It was going to be my bug out gun but life changes and i need to downsize my collection. There is some pitting on the receiver. Bubbad metal work to fit the mag. Rifling looks good. Wartak skar sd-r scope rail. And AR magwell adapter. There is a bit of finish work that needs to be done. The ammo stovepipes unless you put a shim behind the mag then it cycles fine. Might be an easy fix if you have the right tools. Topped with a Burris fullfield 3-9x40 at the moment. $1500 for the rifle, magwell, rail and scope. 1500rd crate of Chinese corrosive. extra $500.
