This rifle was purchased and imported by me in 2010. I’m the original owner. This is a left hand bolt action .22lr, magazine fed 5 shot repeater. It has a 24” #3 Douglas barrel,OD green Kevlar stock w/cheekpiece. There are a total of 3-5 shot magazines plus one that needs work to function properly. I’ve ruined enough mags to know better than to try to fix it myself. The barrelled action was a satin finish that’s been Ceracoated. It has a Timney trigger and a Talley picatinny 0 degree rail, also two sets of different height 1” ULA proprietary rings also made by Talley. Includes two EB Rifleman 2.8-9X40 green anodized scopes with P4 reticle and target turrets, a wood M40 style stock that has a pillar bedded action and free floated barrel. The Kevlar stock is full length bedded including the barrel. Speaking of the barrel, it’s a 24” chrome/moly not stainless and it’s 0.660” at the muzzle, so it’s heavier than a standard barrel but it’s not as heavy as a varmint weight barrel. It’s for sale because I’m not going to make good use of it at my age. It’s only going to waste in the gun safe. Once again it is a left hand action. Condition and performance? Condition is Excellent and can it shoot? Absolutely. It’s not picky about ammo. Will shoot most standard velocity well, never tried high velocity and absolutely no Stingers. I believe they’ll cause problems due to the type of chamber. Besides, if you use Stingers you don’t need this type of rifle. If you have any other questions or need more photos, let me know.

Winchester Model 1895 30-40 Krag Ref #1047 This Winchester is a lever action, sporting rifle, round barrel, shotgun style rear stock. Dated 1903. Stock is in good shape, forend has a few chips missing next to metal, the rear stock is excellent, finish is period correct. Original metal recoil pad fits well. Barrel is 28” long with period sights intact. Bore is nice and clean with minimal to no corrosion, excellent rifling top to bottom. Bluing appears original and app. 20% throughout. There are very few minor scratches on metal. Screws are mostly unused, one does appear to have seen a screwdriver but is in very good shape. The lever functions well, safety checks out and the trigger pull, and drop are good. Firing pin is evident. Ejector is intact and tight, and magazine follower is correct. Overall, I grade this firearm as very good and should be fully functional. I did not test with snap caps or fire. Only reasonable offers are considered. Low ball offers will not be responded to. Trades in person only. The firearms and accessories I sell may be new or used and are usually acquired through estate liquidations. I visually inspect them and check basic operation only and share what I know or find in the description and photos. They are not live test fired. I provide full disclosure on what I find but can not be held responsible for what I may miss. For sale is a Savage model 1899 lever action rifle. Chambered in SAV .303. Rotary style 5 shot magazine. 26" Barrel. Serial number 106710 dates it to 1910. The front fore grip had a crack in it was professional repaired by a local gunsmith. The blueing was also redone. Other than that the rifle is in good condition for its age, see pictures.
