Howdy Townpost. I have here a nicely restored Cooey Model 82. I got the gun as an oil stained and sporterized target .22. It's had the stock nicely refinished in a satin urethane finish done in the fashion to mimic an old oil finished stock. The stock has a pretty nice grain pattern on the underside of it (pictured). The bore is excellent. The stock had a chunk out of it to accomodate a Lyman peep-sight and the receiver was drilled and tapped for it as well. That has all been repaired (pictured) and is hardly noticeable now. There was a hairline crack near the middle barrel band that was filled too. It probably wasn't necessary to fill especially on a .22 , but hey she's been filled. It has all the C-broad arrow markings present. The rifle is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. Howdy Townpost. I've a neat old single shot 12 gauge made by Savage. It has a nice and light tenite stock that was sanded at one point to give it a matte finish. The shotgun is very tight and not off the face at all. The gun is very light and handy sitting 5.73lbs. It has a 12 gauge 2 3/4in, 28in full choke barrel. The patent number is molded into the plastic stock interestingly enough. The black paint on the trigger guard is flaking of a little. It's pretty short when broken down, and is light so it should be relatively inexpensive to ship. Many Czech produced post-war Mausers were made with mostly late war and some newly produced parts. These were sold to various different militaries and on the commercial market many and of these were sold to the Israelis as well. The rifle features many late war stamped parts including the oversized winter trigger guard but does include a half size cleaning rod unlike the Kriegsmodell K98's produced by the Germans. It does not have a stock disk, as it just has a hole drilled in the butt cap for disassembly of the bolt. This particular example has a low serial number, but the serial number ranges are all over because of different contracts. The whole gun matches with the new forced match serial number. It has a scrubbed receiver, and has a beech wood stock and handguard in a nice brown color. The rifle bore is actually in very good shape, but there is some stubborn fouling stuck in there and I don't have a 32 Caliber cleaning brush to remove it but I'm sure if you use the proper brush it should come out pretty easy since it's not rust. Just shooting the rifle might even remove it. The muzzle crown is an excellent condition as pictured. The rifle does have minor some stock damage. It looks like a vice dent or some sort of hammering pattern, but it's only on the one side (pictured). Overall the gun is in very good original condition and the action is nice and smooth and it is unfired by me. This is a nice unique example of a k98 made by Brno, who is very well known for their quality produced firearms. The rifle is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. Howdy Townpost. I am selling this Remington 3.5inch Super-Mag that I picked up from BassPro in Calgary. I never got around to shooting it but I got a deal on it so I'm willing to let it go for cheaper than usual. This was a store demo gun, which essentially means it was dry cyled and shown to customers a few times. It's more or less a brand new shotgun. There's hardly any wear on it with the exception of some cosmetic blemishes from some small patches of surface rust that formed on the parkerized receiver. I suspect they never oiled it and peoples hands or just some moisture caused it. I cleaned it off and oiled the whole gun. It's pretty smooth even though it's a new gun and hasn't been broken in. The rubber recoil pad is still nice and soft The date code looks like AJ so it's a 2015 production. It was kicking around BassPro for almost 11 years! These regularly retail for $750+tax but occasionally go on sale for $650+tax. So I think $630 with no tax is not a bad deal for an essentially brand new shotgun. I have a 1946 dated Longbranch C No 7 Mk 1 .22 long rifle training rifle. It is in very good to excellent condition. Interestingly, it has no serial number on the receiver or the wristband, but one on the bolt. It has the proper magazine and target sight. Bore is clean and bright. This is likely a post-war rifle built from parts auctioned off when Longbranch closed. I also have a transit case for the rifle.
