Winchester 1897 Original Trench Gun with Original Winchester Bayonet and Sheath

Fully Restored by Vulcan Gun Refinishing:
The gun was stripped down completely and meticulously refurbished and refinished
All pieces were stripped down to bare metal, repaired as needed, metal finished and blued.
Wood was stripped, all dents and marks removed and refinished with fresh coats of stain and tung oil.

No expenses were spared. ~$5000 spent on the restoration. Will provide the receipt.

History:
Last owner had it for over 10 years. Before that it was owned by a gun collector.
The gun was built for the spring offensive in 1918 and the war ended before it was shipped to France. Hence, no ordinance stamps.
The gun was sent from the US military in a lend lease for the Vietnamese military. It was imported from Vietnam though Vietnam Imports and sold to three Garbles.

I have got a letter (will be included with the sale) from Cody Firearms Museum regarding the authenticity of the serial number. It confirms that the serial number was applied on Mar 07, 1918. Also, has all the stamps proving its authenticity.

Photos from before and lots other from after restoration can be sent on request.
