Core IT is looking for a professional customer service representative.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides support to customers by phone, email. This role focuses on resolving inquiries, troubleshooting product or service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CSR acts as the first point of contact, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude while representing the company’s brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions or alternatives.

• Maintain customer accounts and update records after each interaction.

• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

• Provide product and service information to new and existing clients.

• Stay knowledgeable about company products, updates, and policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
