This is an Antique Whitney No.1-1/2 Revolver. Around 15000 of these models were produced from 1871 to 1879. This has a 5 shot cylinder chambered in .32 rimfire and a 3-1/2” octagon barrel with the barrel address reading “WHITNEYVILLE ARMORY CT. U.S.A”. The barrel address is crisp. This item retains around 85% original blueing. The brass is in beautiful condition with a few light scratches and blemishes. The walnut grips are in very fine condition with a few light handling marks. Mechanically very strong with proper timing and lockup. This is an antique so no PAL is required for purchase.
