2011 Ducati Diavel Carbon

Everybody recognizes this bike, this is the original and everything that came after is an iteration of this one.  Ironically, there were only 162 of the Carbon Red produced in 2011 yet it still remains the flagship recognizable look of the Diavel.  I ordered this bike from the factory and included a full Termignoni exhaust including the titanium header pipe.  The bike actually arrived with the exhaust installed from the factory and included a second Ducati ECU programmed at the factory.  I have the original production parts including the original ECU.  Considering they used 12 of these bikes in the original media release, and the fact that Ducatis primary market is still Italy, there are very few of these bikes over here.  Its pretty and a collector but it is all Ducati.  The bike is very fast.  It will terrorize any 750 sport bike and run with the 1000's until it tops out at 265 km./hr. Being all Ducati it grumbles a bit in traffic and gets hot in town, not unusable bit noticable, but when it hits the highway its intoxicating.  Despite a 240 rear tire and a pretty agressive raked fromt end, it handle as well as any sport bike and better then most. Its as fun to ride as it is to look at and draws attention it goes.
