Experience, Interest, or Tolerance of the following would be an asset: woodworking, computers, cats, gardening, campfires, rock music, house plants, cooking, Oilers, cigarettes, pot (NO hard stuff!), beer, games (cards, dominos, dice). $700 per month plus utilities.
