MINI & TOY AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD PUPPIES — NOW AVAILABLE We are excited to introduce our beautiful litter of Mini & Toy Australian Shepherd puppies! These puppies are from our Red Tri Mini Australian Shepherd mom and Red Merle Toy Australian Shepherd dad with blue eyes. We are so excited to watch these little ones grow and see their individual personalities develop! MEET THE PARENTS Mom — Red Tri Mini Australian Shepherd Mom is 2.5 years old, approximately 17" tall and 28 lbs when not pregnant. This is her first litter. She is intelligent, affectionate and eager to learn, with a very natural herding instinct and that classic Aussie “stare.” She grew up with our larger Standard Aussie cross and is wonderful with both dogs and people. She loves walks, running, water and anything adventurous, but she's also perfectly happy having quiet days at home. She's adaptable, knows how to settle, and has always been very easy to train. She is naturally alert and will let us know when someone unfamiliar comes onto the property or approaches the door, but she is friendly and has never shown aggression or had a history of biting. Mom has **no known health concerns or history of health issues.** Dad — Red Merle Toy Australian Shepherd Dad is 4 years old, approximately 11.25" tall and 12 lbs, with beautiful blue eyes. He has no known health concerns or history of health issues. He was raised on a farm around horses, goats, chickens, turkeys and other livestock, as well as children and the everyday activity and noise of farm machinery. He has a wonderful temperament and does very well around animals and a busy environment. RAISING & EARLY DEVELOPMENT The puppies are being raised in our home with Mom, where they are surrounded by normal household activity, handling, interaction and another dog. As they grow, they will be introduced to age-appropriate experiences to help them develop into confident, adaptable and well-rounded companions. We will be working on the foundations of: House training Kennel/crate training Basic commands and manners Handling and everyday household experiences Early socialization Our goal is to give each puppy a positive foundation that their new family can continue building on.
