French Model 1892 Service Revolver in 8mm lebel caliber, 4.5" barrel, 6 shot. Very well built and robust . Fiocchi manufacturers modern 8mm ammo as well. The action functions excellent in single and double action. Timing and lockup are very good. Lanyard ring is undamaged. The gun is in excellent condition, with 99% of the arsenal blue intact. There is no surface pitting. The markings are sharp and complete. The action is tight and accurate, and the cylinder indexes and locks properly with no play on trigger pull. The bore of the 4 1/2 inch barrel is excellent and bright. The rifling is sharp and uninterrupted. The walnut grips are very good and undamaged. SN F69360, dated 1895.
