New, and still in its plastic zip lock envelope. This foundation paper piecing pattern was purchased many years ago, but never used......it lived in one of my wife's sewing closets all this time and she decided that she had too many other quilts to build before she could even get to this one.  I am willing to ship at buyer’s expense, or offer local pick up --- I am also in Red Deer one day per week and can arrange to meet there, or enroute, for delivery.
