Marlin Model 1894 Saddle Ring Carbine .44-40

Selling/trading a Marlin Model 1894 SRC in 44-40. Overall it's in fair shape. Made in the early 1900's, 20" barrel. Steel has all been cold blued and is blotchy in colour throughout. Has light pits in some spots that were cleaned up a bit from the previous owner. Stock have been refinished and are in fair shape, cracks in a few spots have been repaired and seem to be holding well. Bore shows normal wear for its age but does still have some rifling left. Loading gate has been replaced with an aftermarket one. Has its original iron sights and comes complete with saddle ring and stud. Not pretty by any means but appears to be in good shooting condition. Given its age this one will be sold as is with no warranty or guarantees. Looking for $975 shipped.
