Description

2006 Terry Travel Trailer – Solid Project with Lots of Potential If you're handy with RVs or enjoy bringing trailers back to their full potential, this one is worth a look. This trailer is solid, clean, and fully usable, with NO mold and everything major working as it should. The air conditioner blows cold, appliances are functional, and it's ready to use while you tackle a few cosmetic and minor repair projects. What it needs: - The upper edge above the slide has some wallpaper buckling. This is not an active dripping roof leak, but it does need to be investigated and repaired properly. There is no mold. - A few small handyman/handywoman projects were started but never completed. - A couple of interior lights need attention. None of these projects are beyond the abilities of someone familiar with RVs, and completing them would significantly increase the trailer's value. I'm pricing it accordingly because I want to be upfront about what it needs. I don't want someone expecting a showroom-perfect trailer—I want it to go to someone who recognizes a good, solid RV with plenty of life left in it. It served as a full time home over an Alberta winter and summer and was very comfortable. Tows very well. If you're looking for an affordable trailer you can improve over time and build equity in, this is an excellent opportunity. interested, call 250-864-8643
