It has the mounting brackets on this bumper..

Does not have adaptive cruise bracket….

This bumper was removed from a 2021-23 ford f150 truck when it was new and replaced with an offroad aftermarket bumper, Has minor imperfections from storage only.

Paint looks great overall with a few small paint scratches that only show slightly in photos…..

No fog lights in this bumper but can accept Halogen or LED fog lights.
