Purchased new in 2014 and shot 40 times cleaned and left in storage since. While hunting the back nipple that holds the shoulder strap broke. The bolt was lost during storage and the one seen in the picture is from a 710 Remington 30-06 this 30-06 is a Remington Model 770. It fits and latches in a little snug no round has been fired through with the 710 bolt. Please consult a gunsmith prior to firing. Gun is reduced price to account for a new bolt.

Here we have a lightly used Sako 85M Bavarian in 30-06 with schnaubel fore-end. It has the Sako set-trigger as well. Rifle has had one box of ammo through it. Small mark on the cheek piece. In October 1942, Smith-Corona Typewriter Company began producing M1903A3 in the Springfield rifle plant in Syracuse, with assistance from Remington Arms and High Standard Manufacturing Company. Subcontractor barrels give unusual collector value to some of these 234,580 Spring field rifles. They ceased building Rifles in 1944. Chambered in 30-06 Springfield, rifle is in good to very good condition. Has 20 MOA Pic Rail to mount scope. Stock is nice!
