Hello, Thank you for reading, this will be a bit of a longer post. We are a family of 4 in search of an acreage to rent for the long-term, in the Worsley area. If it is a property that someone would consider selling sometime down the road, that would be a bonus, but is not a prerequisite. We are in need of a place for the 1st of October. The current property that we are renting our landlord is looking to sell and has asked us to find a different place. We are clean, capable people who just need some space to work and raise our kids. Our son and daughter are homeschooled, my husband is a licensed heavy duty mechanic/technician/fabricator and I work remote administration and graphic design. We are looking for a property with 5 or more acres as we have a horse, a few chickens, and a milk goat. No indoor animals. A property that has an outdoor building that my husband could utilize for his work would be a huge bonus. We are able to pay our bills (on time) and have proof of income and rent paid for the past 2.5 yrs. We've been looking in the Worsley area for the past 2 years as we loved it there and go often to visit. Our price range is $1400-$1500 plus utilities, $1800-$2000 ONLY if utilities are included. I am aware that the current market is asking much higher rent prices, but for sustainability we cannot pay more. It does not leave enough room for the basic necessities or any emergencies that may come up. Please, no unkind comments, we are really trying here. I will be happy to answer any relevant questions. 5 year old border collie female and 2 year half Pyrenees and half maremma male are being fostered currently at a foster home.They would do well in either a city or acreage. They are both spayed and neutered.The border collie is confident and well mannered. The male was a rescue with nit much known history, is well mannered but has low confidence and dependent on the female for guidance. Would do well with another confident dog. They were surrendered today to the foster home as the owners were looking to euthanize them since they were moving back to Dubai.Both are being fostered at a boarding home.

Rehome: Hazel is a 6 month old meremma mix who loves to be cuddled and have her belly rubbed. She has a sweet demeanour and is very good with people, kids, dogs, and cats. Up to date on her 3 shots. She knows basic commands and has been trained on a gps shock perimeter collar. We got her as a puppy for a livestock guardian dog but unfortunately she is not fit to be with livestock. Her prey drive is too high. She can’t be around chickens or cattle. Hazel would thrive on an acreage with no livestock where she can be loved by her humans and dog friends.
