hi, I have a brand new Boyd thumb hole hardwood stock hi gloss green I had to get it made in USA and imported Remington 783 short action I ordered it for my kids 243 it was supposed to be a shortened length of pull, but when arrived it is a standard size. This is a Boyds Prarie Hunter stock for a Ruger m77 Hawkeye rifle. Long action, hinged floorplate, sporter barrel profile. Standard length of pull and a limbsaver recoil pad. It has been glass bedded,not the best but not the worst either. It made the rifle it was on a significantly better shooter. I swapped out the stock on my brand new tikka for a Boyd’s stock. The stock is for a bull barrel but will fit any T3x as they are all the same action. And free floating is never a bad thing! Modular synthetic stock with elevated cheek piece, textured inlay on the pistol grip and overlay on the fore grip makes it very easy to handle and point .
