Customer Service Representative (T)
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative (Temporary) is accountable to respond to customer inquiries, marketing credit products and services, and supporting the branch team in a professional and courteous manner.
This position is approximately a 6-8 month term.
What you will do:
Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits
Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts – while ensuring 100% accuracy
Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the “End of Day Report” and “Payments Listing”
Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices
Completes administrative correspondence
Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory
Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards
What you will bring:
1+ years of customer service experience
Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license
Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous SAP experience, an asset
