The WCT stands for Winchester Clay Tournament and they started in 1968. They were built in the Winchester custom shop and hand fitted and accented with the gold caps and other small options. They have never been offered for sale to the public, but were tournament prizes and given to outstanding dealers and a few other “friends” of Winchester that did special work for them, gun club owners, promo events and field testers, to name a few. I have a custom 50 cal flint lock, made by Bob Roller of the US. Bob Roller was a premier flintlock maker in the 70s and 80s. The gun has custom scroll work and was valued at 2400 US by contemporary flint locks. It has a crack wrist, but was professionally repaired. The year the gun was made is 1980.
