Is seeking individuals to fill a Casual Lodge Assistant position located in our Supportive Living Lodge facility in Whitecourt.
Lodge Assistants
Description: Directly reporting to the Site Manager, the Lodge Assistant is accountable for: Maintaining Site Cleanliness, Laundry Services, Safety and Security. This position entails a high level of interaction with our Residents.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
• Demonstrates an understanding of generally accepted commercial cleaning practices
• High School Diploma
• WHMIS
• Level 4 Criminal Record Check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
Working in Supportive Living sites is a fast-paced environment with many repetitive tasks. The positions can be physically demanding and attention to detail is important. These positions require a combination of standing & walking throughout the shifts.
Personal Suitability
The applicants must show initiative, effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and be a Team player. Excellent oral communication, Resident focus, interpersonal awareness, dependability, judgement, values and ethics; reliability as well as organizational skills are an asset.
