  I am downsizing my antique gun and militaria collection to move into a much smaller house with a much smaller gunroom.......offering an original 1880's Mills pattern , woven ammo belt with a rare 1881 Patent Mills/Orndorff brass " OLD RELIABLE " buckle and retainer. The loops hold .40 to .45 caliber rounds and included are twenty .44-90 Sharps bottleneck cartridges. Please view the photos closely as the belt has been well used and has some damaged loops and earlier field repairs.....I have always refrained from doing any repairs or "enhancements" to my original antiques as the wear and tear is a natural part of its history and character. The cartridges are not original but are repro brass which was purchased about 45 years ago and which I loaded with black powder and some very old primers which were purchased about 50 years ago ( used for display purposes only ). The belt and attached buckle were purchased by me in 1967 at an Ohio gun show. The brass buckle has that beautiful patina which only time can create and it does have a few dents from honest wear and tear.....contact me if you interested and need more photos, or different angles, as the website only allows 10 photos. Easily accommodates 2 rifles ( see photos ) ...... a great metal gun case ( if somewhat heavy construction ) which I purchased to hunt overseas. It has not seen much use ( actually only  1 flight on a hunting trip to New Zealand  carrying both a Malcolm scoped 16 lb., 32" barreled Sharps long range and an a scoped 10 lb. mid range ) , as well as a dozen or so trips by car to various gun shows in North America, at which I used to display various select arms from my Sharps and Remington Rolling Block collection. The sturdily built case weighs about 17.8 lbs. by itself and measures 53 1/2 " x 13 1/4 " x 4 1/2" . I have tried my best to photograph and show the few dents on both sides of the case. These are now in the $600 plus price range for a new one.  These caps are still rolled in their original brown paper rolls ( 12 caps in each roll ) which came in 3 small boxes of Sharps .56 caliber linen cartridges,  of 10 rounds each . The ammo boxes have already been sold on Ebay to a Sharps collector in Virginia who only wanted the pristine ammo boxes and cartridges, for his collection and display ( without the trouble and incurred expense of the import customs  paperwork for shipping the musket caps).  I would be willing to sell them individually at $10 each.  --- I am also in Red Deer one day per week and can arrange to meet there, or enroute, for delivery.

Antique military candle stick holder..... made from a US Army helmet plume holder circa 1870 to 1890......great piece of militaria for your study or gunroom. Please note the view from the bottom ( photo 3 ) and inside the holder ( photo 5 ) show a modern small nut and bolt holding the assembly together..... could be easily replace with a period correct nut and bolt, but I have never " modified " my antique guns or militaria.

50th anniversary congratulatory message. These congratulatory messages are very rare because a 50th anniversary is a rare life milestone, paper documents degrade over the decades and congratulatory Nazi messages would often have been discarded after the fall of the regime. The German text reads: "I send you and your wife my warmest congratulations on the rare occasion of your golden wedding anniversary. I hope and wish that you may enjoy a long and untroubled retirement surrounded by your family. The Führer, Adolf Hitler." The Nazi eagle emblem and words "GOLDENEN HOCHZEIT" are rendered in gold ink and the Nazi eagle seal in the bottom left of the document is pressed into the paper. There are currently two listed for sale. Legacy Collectables $1250 US and Gettysburg Museum $1599 US (with a few extra paper documents). I prefer to keep these heirlooms in Canada, hence the pricing. This is not a reproduction or a fake. The second picture is a popular repop, as you can see it’s not even close.

Very good condition for its age this lever action will share to impress everything functions as it should barrel still has good rifling. The four Stock does however have a previous repair to a small crack in it but it’s only at the very front of the four Stock. See pictures for overall condition. This is a 1940 Ishapore made No 1 MK111 ( not a MK111*) with mag cutoff and period correct RFI stamped bayonet. The hardware and wood set is good to excellent condition ( for an 84 year old rifle) and as far as I can tell, completely original from the factory. Bolt, receiver, Barrel, rear sight and nose cap are all matching numbers. The magazine isn't matching numbers but is RFI stamped. The bayonet is the short 12 inch "Indian Pattern" which I believe is a 1943 made bayonet. There are some visible repairs to the butt stock, maybe field repairs or post military use - I don't know. I can't make out the markings on the underside of the butt stock but it doesn't appear to be English or Latin script, possibly Punjabi, Bengali or Burmese. The barrel is probably nearing the end of it's life but I have taken this rifle to the range numerous times and it shoots fine with pretty good accuracy at 100 yards. I didn't really want to sell this one as it's a great historical piece, but I need to reduce the amount of Rifles and spare parts I have.
