It’s important that it be solid, no roof leaks, no mice signs, and the propane heater and stove need to work. The fridge, and water system do not, as it will be primarily used in October and November. The tires only need to be good one way to hunting camp then the trailer will be put up on blocks. I have up for sale a developed Lake Lot. It is approx 50 x 150 in size It is not lake front but still nice views. It is located at Filion Lake Resort formerly known as Long Lake.
