Comes with FRT paperwork. Belgian "British Bulldog", .44 Webley CF Revolver and the cylinder compatible with 44 Russian. This one is in excellent condition. The nickel plating is intact with no flaking. The gun is marked "44" on the side. The cylinder shows the pre-1893 Belgian proof mark and post 1878 inspection marks. There are the initial "MV" stamped on the frame, which the mark of the foundry. The action is accurate and strong, and the cylinder indexes and locks properly without play. The bore of the 2 1/2-inch barrel is excellent and bright, with sharp rifling. The walnut grips are excellent and undamaged, with no wear. SN 5, excellent overall.

WW1 Swiss Model 1914 Pioneer Sawback Sword bayonet Sawback sword bayonet for use on the 7.5 mm. Schmidt-Rubin M1911 carbine and the M1931 Short Rifle (K31). The M1914 has a swell-point blade profile, where the blade is wider at the point than at the ricasso. The 1914 blade is fullered on only one side. The right side of the blade has the initials HS stamped immediately in front of the guard for the Maker Hans Steimer With the Swiss proof mark stamped below the initials. The back of the blade has an aggressive saw blade which starts 1” in front of the guard and extends to 14” from the guard. The right side of the guard has the number 478681 stamped in it. The release button works as designed. The scabbard is in good condition with the original leather attachment strap included. This bayonet was manufactured by Paillard with their mark stamped on the end of the scabbard. Overall Length – with blade in scabbard - 25” Length of Bayonet – 23 7/8” Length of Grip including the Guard – 5” Blade Length – 19 3/4” The M1914 was issued to select troops. W.R. Case & Son opened a subsidiary factory in Nova Scotia, Canada in 1948 for the purpose of producing a knife for the Canadian military. The factory remained in operation until the mid-1950s. The knives were made according to Canadian military specifications using a pattern that predates WWII. The identifying marks are found on the main blades tang. The knife is basically a slab-sided 6353/1905 pattern knife. The tang on the main blade is stamped MS LTD XX. The MS stands for Metal Stampings, the subsidiary name for the Case factory. The XX is the Case XX stamp common to Case knives. These knives are often erroneously sold as WWII rigging knives. While this pattern knife was used in World War II, the Metal Stampings Ltd. were not used during that war as the company did not exist at the time.
