Has been resealed where required, lino in back room was cracked up so we took out replaced with rug. 2- 6 volt Batteries in series to make 12 volt, have been removed and charged for winter,good 4 tires with new spare, never went down. Wheel bearings where cleaned and repacked 3 years ago before we bought, 2 50lb propane bottles, outside shower, awning works good, Reason for selling; kids r getting older so we would like to sell or trade for smaller 16-20ft to take across Canada.
