Selling/trading a Winchester Model 1906 pump action .22. Stamped for short, long and long rifle. Made in 1913, barrel shortened to 19". Steel has turned to a dark patina throughout, has some black residue on parts of the barrel. Wood stocks are in good shape, one pin through the wrist which is solid. Bore shows some wear but is in shootable shape. Has iron sights that aren't original to the gun. These guns can be finicky with feeding and cycling and given its age it will be sold as is with no warranty or guarantees. Looking for $550 shipped. Insurance by request on buyer. Open to all trades. Here you have a good too very good condition overall Lee Enfield jungle carbine. Appears to have had armoury repairs to the for Stock at one point in time. However, this rifle functions exactly how it should. Whether or not you were looking for something to collect or something to shoot you will have no issues with this rifle whatsoever. Ammo is available but sold separately. This one is compact concealed carry version of famous Colt M1877 "Thunderer" was made for self defense and fast action. With "bulldog" type short barre and no regular extractor on the side this revolver made for concealed carry and optimised for fast action. The action is strong and crisp, and the cylinder indexes and locks properly, without any play in the cylinder. The bore of the 2 1/2-inch barrel is excellent mirror bright with strong rifling. The black hard rubber grips are very good and undamaged. SN 82458. ​ History & Background The M1877 was Colt's first double action revolver. Colt insisted on inventing their own double action mechanism, partly because there were numerous patents for DA revolvers in effect, which Colt did not want to infringe upon, but also because they trusted their chief engineers William Mason and C.B. Richards to come up with an original design. For this reason, the M1877's action is like a Swiss clock: it is somewhat convoluted and complicated, and it has earned the nickname "the gunsmith's favorite" over time.
