Lodge Assistant/Cook – Casual Position Chateau Lac Ste. Anne Lodge Description: Directly reporting to the Site Manager, the Lodge Assistant is accountable for: Maintaining Site Cleanliness, Laundry Services, Safety and Security. This position entails a high level of interaction with our Residents. Description: Directly reporting to the Site Manager, the Cook is accountable for: Meal Preparation for approximately 50 residents, Serving Meals and Cleanliness of Food Services Area. This position entails a high level of interaction with seniors and requires physical endurance (e.g. maneuvering heavy pots, flour bags). Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities The Chateau Lac Ste. Anne Lodge is a fast-paced environment with many repetitive tasks. The position can be physically demanding and attention to detail is important. This position requires a combination of standing & walking throughout the shifts. This position is required to work a combination of day, afternoon and night shifts based on a 24hr – 6 week rotating schedule.
