• There was a tree branch (about the size of a toonie) that went through the roof membrane at the front of the trailer

• Wood still intact and held a 120lb person on it

• All other roof seals in great condition

• No other leaks

• Minor interior damage (shelf above bed is warped) that doesn't affect usage

• ICBC would not write it off nor would they cover the roof replacement

• ICBC would only cover a repair patch

• Repair shop would not go on the roof to patch it

• Repair facility told me to put a flex seal patch (about $20) on it and use it as is

• Road worthy

• Clean title through ICBC

• No liens

• No accidents

• ICBC blue book value for this trailer from ICBC Adjustor is at $25,000
