Very good condition overall with a good 2 groove bore.Numbers match on the bolt and breach. This rifle was refurnished in Canada by Long branch in 1947 as a stamped on the bolt head M 47. This rifle also is stamped LB with  arrows on the  stock & Front band as well as the safety and metal band on the pistol grip underneath the serial number as well as on the mag.  Premium rear site with the ladder. Grooved for Stock for better grip. Also comes with a savage Canadian 1942 marked sling all original.
