This position entails a high level of interaction with our Residents. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities The Pleasant View Lodge is a fast-paced environment with many repetitive tasks. The position can be physically demanding and attention to detail is important. This position requires a combination of standing & walking throughout the shifts. This position is required to work night shifts as per the 6 week rotating schedule. Personal Suitability The applicant must show initiative, effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and be a Team player. Excellent oral communication, Resident focus, interpersonal awareness, dependability, judgement, values and ethics; reliability as well as organizational skills are an asset. Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience: • Demonstrates an understanding of generally accepted commercial cleaning practices • High School Diploma • WHMIS • Level 4 Criminal Record Check Lac Ste.
