Anne Lodge   DUTIES Directly reporting to the LPN Team Lead, the Health Care Aide will provide assistance with resident care needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting & basic ADL, administering prescribed medications, documentation of resident’s daily progress, housekeeping (maintain general cleanliness of the facility on a shift basis) and participation in the residents individual care. QUALIFICATIONS Health Care Aid Certificate If not certified will be required to enroll in the program and the Lac Ste. The successful candidate will operate and monitor milling equipment, perform inspections and maintenance, and follow strict safety and quality standards. Experience with corrugated steel pipe (CSP) is required. The candidate must understand CSP mill operations and processes, including handling raw coil steel, forming, corrugating, and cutting.
