Antique 1858 Remington Beals Navy Percussion Revolver

Antique status 1858 Remington Beals Navy Revolver in excellent condition. This is a Civil War era revolver manufactured in 1863. No PAL is required.

The revolver maintains a handsome blued finish with no external oxidation. The action locks up tight with perfect timing. Percussion nipples are stainless steel replacements which are removable for maintenance. The bore has distinct rifling with minor pitting. Walnut grip panels are free of cracks. Extended front sight to improve point of aim (includes original German Silver sight).

Comes with a compliment of shooter supplies to make this a turnkey shooter: 

• Loading press for loading the cylinder off the gun (recommended due to deeper chamber depths on Remingtons when using traditional combustible paper cartridges).

• Three percussion cap speed loaders.

• 50 combustible paper cartridges loaded with 17.5g of Triple 7 powder under 126g, .380 Colt Cartridge Works pure lead bullets. These produce velocities of 950 fps and 250 ft-lbs of kinetic energy.

• Handmade leather holster that fits a 2“ belt.

This is an incredible relic from the past that is true shooter. It’s been meticulously conserved and was given a complete teardown and clean with Ballistol after every shooting session.
